It amazes me what motorcycles do here and the disregard of road rules. Do they have road rules? If I understand correctly you don't need a license
to drive a motorcycle.. I must find out. They drive where ever and what ever direction they wish... Many times I see them coming straight at me only to move over at the last moment...
